Hi! I’m Mike Amodei.
Music and arts have always been my thing! I studied Graphic Design and Design Tech Theater at Fairleigh Dickinson University (’21), using a unique blend of artistic concentrations to create appealing audio/visuals.
I take on many roles for my career. Whether that is as a photographer and journalist for Tonitruale, or finding my fit as versatile freelance photographer, sound, and light designer. Over the years, I've had the honor of collaborating with incredible artists such as The Aces, Hayes Warner, Sidney Bird, Munk, Marigold, and Squeaky Feet. My portfolio with Tonitruale extends, capturing festivals and concerts including Firefly Music Festival, FWB Festival, Sad Summer Festival, as well as outstanding performances from some of my favorite artists Ashnikko, MisterWives, and PVRIS, among others. My previous work as a Social Media & Web Administrator at DL Media Music, has engrained my work with a blend of marketing and creative ingenuity.
My passion for capturing the energy and soul of live performance, allows for my work to constantly improve and adapt in the realm of music photography. As for where I’m headed in the industry, I am just taking it one step at a time. Currently my biggest goal is currently to go on tour (maybe you can make that happen)!
